Domestic orders placed before 12 noon (ET), Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day, After 12 noon (ET), orders are shipped the following business day. International orders are subject to next day processing and can encounter delays. Adjustments made to these orders, once processed, are subject to a $25 service charge(s). Orders are shipped via ground service unless you instruct us otherwise. The primary methods of shipping are via United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). Other carriers are available upon request. When choosing an alternate service, certain restrictions may apply and additional charges may result. Please remember that most rush delivery charges are based on dimensional weight or real weight (which ever is greatest) and result in higher freight charges. The number of delivery days is based on the number of business days following the day of shipment (not including Saturday, Sunday or Holidays). Weather related delays are not subject to freight refunds or adjustments.

If you experience issues and concerns surrounding damaged or defective products, please contact us at 786-325-0477, and adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. To obtain return authorization, please call or email: adorableregalos@yahoo.com. Upon consent, the goods must be returned with a copy of the invoice and in the original packing materials including inner cartons. 2. Product returned not in compliance with company policy is subject to refusal. 3. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. 4. Misused or abused products are not subject to return. Balloons that have been punctured or cut will not be accepted. 5. Damaged and/or defective products are replaced or credited at our discretion. 6. Credit due will be applied to your account after receipt and evaluation of said merchandise. 7. Seasonal merchandise is not subject to return. Orders are limited to quantities on-hand. 8. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking service charge. 9. Payments are done using Paypal. By doing so you agree to the payment terms set forth by Paypal. 10. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 11. By accepting delivery of the ordered products, you consent to the jurisdiction of any court in the State of Florida and the laws of Florida. 12. Your sole and exclusive remedy against AdorableRegalos is limited to the return and replacement of said merchandise. You shall have no right against AdorableRegalos for incidental or consequential damages.
